“I have known Beth for over two decades. Some of the reasons why I continue to go to Beth for coaching and guidance are as follows. Beth has an unmatched ability to guide you through your own self-induced clutter and vagueness with sense of direction. She does this by asking the best questions, clarifying in simple terms your responses, providing you the tools and resources to keep you moving forward in a truly motivational way. Beth’s calm, empathetic communication style quickly drives the user to be more open and transparent on the issues at hand. Beth builds trust very quickly. The results, for me, have been astounding. I have grown as a leader, a more present individual at home, and have kept my vision clear on what a happy, fulfilling life looks like. I have learned to set proper boundaries that allow me to reach my goals.”

“Career changes are daunting. Between questions like where to begin and how to proceed, even exploring the idea of professional transition can seem like an overwhelming and possibly insurmountable task. And while I would never describe the process as easy, the privilege of working with Beth has certainly made me realize how manageable and achievable career goals can be given the right guidance and expertise.”
“Beth helped guide me through a series of challenging career decisions. Her leadership coaching was incredibly effective because she helped me to discern what I really wanted and needed right now professionally and in the future.”
“I have been a client of Beth’s through her private practice, inVision Careers, for over a year. I am a senior attorney and have been in a job for over a decade that has stagnated. I also went through a change in supervisor which had a negative impact on my self-worth and well-being. The first issue Beth and I worked on was what it meant to me, and what I wanted to do, about being passed over for a promotion. My reaction at first was purely emotional. I went to Beth for guidance. Without in any way suggesting the proper way forward for me, through our coaching sessions Beth asked me a series of questions and suggested reading material that helped me to come to grips with the anger I felt and to see this as information relevant to my career choices. After several sessions with Beth, which included some very helpful reflection exercises, I came to see that I could do something about this situation. I could overcome the inertia I felt at being in a comfortable job for a very long time, and I had options! I could change jobs. I could look for something more rewarding. I did not have to accept the toxic culture I was in. Beth helped me to recognize and then overcome my fears and to move forward even though I did not know what would come next. She helped me get my head above the water and I started a job search. She then gave me very specific suggestions about building my network and reaching out to others, which have been extremely helpful. Her advice was specific and actionable.I have since been exploring many other exciting career possibilities and I know that I will soon make a positive change. I would never have done this without Beth’s helping my confidence, helping me to learn to seek change despite fear, and helping me to consider what my priorities and my needs were: as a professional, as a person, as a family member, as a role model to my young children. During my job search, Beth has provided wonderful resources to help me prepare for interviews after many, many years. Her coaching has made me feel ready and confident. One of the things I most appreciated about working with Beth is that she does not suggest answers. She asks questions and raises topics for me to consider that help me figure out what is best for me. She is truly a guide, and not a director. Most of the time I didn’t know what her opinion of what I should do was (if she had one), but after our sessions and after having time to reflect, I was able to make choices that were right for me. She has helped me to see my worth, and to have the courage to seek a place where I will be fairly recognized and fairly rewarded. I am so grateful for her thoughtful and respectful guidance, education and support. My next new job is right around the corner in large part thanks to Beth!”
